Prepare to Hibernate!

how to hibernate tips on sleeping

This is what you need to do this weekend - tonight, or Saturday, the choice is yours. Hibernation. Turn off your iPhone, your computer, your iPad and Blackberry. Ignore all calls to go into the cold, bitter world outside and instead cosy up under layers of blankets and furry throws. Read a book, flick through a magazine, lie with your eyes closed and think of anything but work, life, everyday irritations. If we could all do this once a week, it would be amazing, wouldn't it? I know that responsibilities could make this impossible - those with children will be screaming "I WISH!" at the computer screen - but let's at least try to get some hibernation time in. No twitter, no Facebook, just quiet, quiet sleep. Instead of late night ASOS shopping (guilty as charged), let's try and hit the sack a few hours early and make up for all those stresses and strains we endure throughout the working week. Sound good?

Zzzzzz.

Get prepared for hibernation by watching my deep sleep video - there are lots of ideas for ways to relax and some bloody gorgeous blankets! You'll also see my new microwaveable Bagpuss and extra large Covent Garden clock, just two of my latest Amazon finds. Enjoy - all links are below the video pane.
