Benefit Hydra-Smooth Lip Colour Review

I wanted to quickly show you a couple of shades from Benefit's new lipstick range, the Hydra-Smooth lip colours. These are juicy, moisturising lipsticks that come in varying degrees of intensity with cute, peachy-pink sheer formulas and fuller-coverage neutrals and berry shades. I've picked out my favourites - the Tuti Cutie, pictured above, and  Nice 'n Teasy, below.

Both are easy to wear - more like a heavily tinted balm than a fussy lipstick - and they don't require any lip preparation or maintenance. No feathering or smudging with these and the hydration (from shea and mango butters) is long lasting.

The shades look quite deep and vivid here, but you can see how much they sheer out upon application. The packaging will be a "Marmite" situation, I think - very cute, very retro, but not entirely practical. It's a very small nib you've got to work with there!
