Giveaway: The Josh Wood Hair Makeover

Josh Wood Colour: The Ultimate Hair Colour System

I know, I know – two giveaways in the space of a week! Ambassador, you are really spoiling us. If you’re in the UK (sorry to all other readers, it’s a boring legal restriction) then you can be in with the chance of overhauling your face (with the amazing Alpha-H Liquid Gold set, giveaway here) and then making over your hair with a brilliant full prescription of products from Josh Wood’s new Ultimate Hair Colour System.

I wrote about the Ultimate Hair Colour System a few weeks ago – Josh has launched a new generation of home colouring products as well as a full range of lovely solutions for colour maintenance and care. One of the things about the system that really sets it apart is the online consultation which really helps to determine what is and isn’t possible to do at home in terms of colouring, root maintenance and covering grey hairs. My prescription, for example, doesn’t include any colouring or root touch-up products at all, because I have highlights and my hair is died a lot lighter than my natural colour. It’s very much geared towards getting people to the right products (or the salon if that’s what they need) rather than prescribing as many products as possible.

So, the giveaway: Josh Wood is very kindly giving four UK readers the full prescription from their online consultation. Whether you have salon balayage (in which case your consultation will probably end up recommending care products rather than colour) or you cover your greys at home (prescription jackpot – there are root smudgers, full home colouring sets, maintenance tints, the whole nine yards) you’ll receive all of the products that the system recommends to you.

A fifth UK reader gets something extra-special: not only will they get their full prescription, but they’ll be invited to the Atelier in West London where one of the expert colourists will walk them through the best way to use the colour, then apply the colour and finish with a cut and blow-dry. So a full hair overhaul with expert advice on how to apply and maintain your colour going forward – I want to insert some sort of “just stepped out of the salon” quip here, because I began the post with another terrible nineties advertising slogan (Ferrero Rocher, in case it went over your head) but I shall resist. Just be certain that if you win the top prize, you’ll have the most gloriously swooshy hair when you leave the Atelier…

To enter, just leave a comment below, making sure that you put your email address into the comment form where prompted. The online colour consultation is at Josh Wood here – you’ll need to do this to get your product selection and then if you win they can retrieve your prescription using your email address. Please comment before noon on Monday 16th April 2018; winners will be independently chosen at random and announced here on the blog within a few working days. Good luck everyone!

UPDATE: and the winners of the full prescription are: Ali (ali_ward49), Imogen (imogen.roth), Kim Oggier and Shelley Taylor (shelleytaylor95). The big winner – ding-ding-jackpot! – is Gracie (grace5678), who will be trotting down to Josh Wood’s Atelier to have a wonderful hair overhaul! Well done everyone and thanks for entering!

If you didn’t win and would like to order your prescription (or anything from the range, for that matter) then I have a special code for you to use to get 20% off: MODELRECOMMENDS

It’s valid for two weeks (so ends 3rd May 11.59pm) and can be used on any purchase over £20. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You can shop the new Josh Wood range here.
