What to Wear: Autumn 2017

I feel as though I’ve done a lot of fashion posts recently and I think it’s because I can finally fit into my clothes without having to lie on the floor and/or use a plastic shoehorn to tuck my tummy into my trousers. It’s far more enjoyable browsing for things online when you know that you’ll actually be able to wear them – a few months ago, it was more a case of scouring the internet for stuff that I could easily breastfeed in and that didn’t have uncomfortable, tight waistbands!

I think that the stresses of house-moving and a sleepless baby and general upheaval have burned up a lot of the baby weight that was lingering about, but I have to say that I’m not feeling at all fit and healthy. I desperately need to get into some sort of exercise routine, even if it’s just for an hour or so a week – it’s one thing being able to fit into the clothes you want to wear, but quite another to be well and good on the inside.

Anyway, I’ll get to that once I have a house to live in. And have had more than three consecutive hours of sleep. And Christmas is out of the way. There is absolutely no point me starting any sort of healthy eating or exercise regime pre-Christmas. It’s not that I actually eat that much more over Christmas, I just know that it’s going to be hectic and I’ll make bad and sugary food choices. (I should have “bad and sugary food choices” printed on a t-shirt. A nice loose-fit t-shirt!)

What am I banging on about? Let’s get on and take a look at my Autumn outfits, shall we? All of the items are listed below the video pane for easy reference and I’ll probably revisit a couple of the pieces next week, because there are some corkers.
