1) Advice needed: I have filmed a video of the makeup that I wore to the Brit Awards last week, but I’m not sure whether or not the eyes are too “winged”. It took so long to film it and I would hate to scrap the whole thing, but I keep staring at the video and something is just bugging me. I’ve taken a still from the film – it’s posted above – so that I can get a second (third, fourth, fifth, etc) opinion about the whole thing. Does it look a bit off-balance around the eyes, or is it just me? Let me know – I’ll have to re-film it tomorrow if it’s not right…

2) My Mum has been busy writing up the trip to Paris that I took her on a couple of weeks ago. She’s really putting me to shame, because I was supposed to post mine first and link through to her blog so that people could read the “second half”! 3) Dog and Cat photo squished into one – I knew that it was only a matter of time before I got them both in the same shot. I’ve taken this picture from the @dexterandthebear Instagram page, the new “cyber-home” for the pets.

Right – I’m off to have a proper weekend-end. Sunday papers, pub lunch, perhaps, maybe a little snooze in the afternoon… Doesn’t get better than that!
